Melbourne Altitude Training

Melbourne Altitude Training takes fitness to new heights with a type of training that was previously only available to elite athletes. The business is the brainchild of trainer Ozgur Begen, who has competed internationally in a range of sports. By adjusting the oxygen level, the training environment is designed to replicate what one would experience at high altitudes. Fitness fanatics and weekend warriors can benefit from the same science commonly used by climbers, AFL players, and Olympians. Melbourne Altitude Training is also home to a clinic that offers clinical Pilates and physiotherapy.
