State Voucher and Security Code at time of booking. Present printed or smartphone Groupon on arrival. Valid for option purchased only. Any additional purchases paid directly to the merchant. The minimum age for a participant in Axe Throwing at MANIAX is 13 years and over at time of throwing. Anyone between 13 and 17 years of age at time of throwing must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 years who must complete a waiver on behalf of the minor.
