About MakMak
Established in April 2010, MakMak provides premium, handmade macarons to retail customers via its retail shop in Surry Hills and its online boutique at shop.makmak.com.au, as well as to wholesale, corporate, event and wedding customers in NSW, QLD the ACT and VIC. MakMak’s macarons were recently declared to be Sydney’s good in a blind tasting by esteemed Sydney chefs Christine Manfield (Universal), Peter Gilmore (Quay) and Ross Lusted (The Bridge Room). Each voted MakMak number one, ahead of local and international heavyweights Adriano Zumbo and Laduree. (Source: TimeOut Sydney, November 2012)
