About Luv-a-Duck
If the team behind Luv-a-Duck had one wish, it would be for everyone to enjoy cooking and eating duck at home as much as they do. Groupies roll up their sleeves for hands-on classes that take the mystery out of cooking with duck, and prepare selected duck-themed dishes before sitting down at the Chef's Round Table to enjoy the fruits of the labour with a glass of wine. Demonstration classes are also available for less confident cooks, who can kick back and enjoy a juice or latte and duck tastings as trained demonstrators and chefs prepare simpler duck dishes, with recipes to take home. Classes are available for novice through to advanced cooks, and are designed to be relaxed and fun, as well as educational. Classes are held a Luv-a-Duck state of the art retail duck showroom in Port Melbourne, where visitors can also peruse an extensive range duck products.
