A DEXA body scan uses low emission x-ray technology to determine one’s total bone mineral density, body fat mass and body muscle mass. The process, using a GE Lunar DPX-IQ machine, takes less than 14 minutes and delivers a breakdown of results visually and in table form. Clients can use this information to track and monitor changes in their body composition before and after a training or dieting program.
