* Voucher must be redeemed by 30th August 2025.
* Limit 1 per person, only one voucher will be accepted by the same person, any additional vouchers cannot be used.
* 48-hour cancellation notice required.
* Saturday and late-night appointments after 5 pm available for a $59 surcharge, payable at the time of booking.
* Long hair (past shoulders) will incur a $30 surcharge; see here for more information: https://houseofernest.com.au/colouring/.
* Restyle (e.g. people with long hairstyles wanting short style) incurs a surcharge; please ask the stylist if unsure.
* A $45 surcharge applies for toner if required (if you are going blonde most likely toner will be required).
* Please note that toner prices may increase in accordance with salon pricing increases.
* Foils can be upgraded to full colour, balayage or fashion colour for an additional fee.
* Surcharges are payable directly to the salon.
