48-hour cancellation notice required. Sat and late night appointments after 5pm available for $59 surcharge, payable at time of booking. Long hair (past shoulders) will incur $30 surcharge; see here for more information: https://houseofernest.com.au/colouring/. Restyle (e.g. people with long hairstyles wanting short style) incurs surcharge; please ask the stylist if unsure. $42 surcharge applies for toner, if required (if you are going blonde most likely toner will be required). Foils can be upgraded to full colour, balayage or fashion colour for additional fee. Surcharges are payable directly to salon. No staff requests. Standard fine print for all deals
