Bookings can be modified or cancelled up until 24 hours before the appointment. No refunds after cancellation/modification period. Walk-ins will be refused service. Please note that the booking time is the time of estimated arrival for customers NOT the time of entry, there is in most cases a wait time for entry and Groupon tickets are considered walk-ins.
6-hour notice required for bookings. Not valid on Public Holidays (25th-26th December and Australia Day 26th - 27th January). Not to be used in conjunction with any other offers run by House Down Under. Ticket is valid for one entry per booking. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult. House Down Under Terms and Conditions are available on their website and must be adhered to at all times. All rooms and furniture are upside down which may cause the illusion of zero-gravity. Some customers may experience some dizziness. If you require any assistance including taking photos and/or advice on poses, please ask a member of our staff. Do not grab, hold or hang-off the props/furniture inside the house. There will be no running inside the house. No smoking, eating, or drinking in the house (this includes electronic cigarettes and the like). Anyone doing so will be asked to leave. No alcoholic beverages or other illegal substances are allowed in the house. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or other substances will be denied entry. Please be mindful of other customers in the house, we want the experience to be enjoyable for all. If you are pregnant and or have severe motion sickness, we recommend that you do not partake in this experience. Be careful when entering the house and using the staircase to prevent any slips and trips. We do not tolerate abuse or negative comments towards our staff or other customers. You will be asked to leave immediately. Valid from: 21/12/2024. Limit 1 per person.
