Specialised resistance and cardio equipment combined with supervision, coaching and one-on-one training sessions are designed to inspire women to change their lives. Take advantage of the Great Shape and reset weight loss programs, based on everyday food the entire family can eat, exercises at least three times a week and three one-on-one coaching sessions to achieve real results.
