Air Locker Training incorporates the science of simulated altitude training into health and wellness classes. Overseen by experienced instructors, the 40-minute group sessions are designed to help you lose body fat in a shorter period, maintain and gain muscle, accelerate injury recovery times, heighten energy levels and stamina and improve mental clarity and wellness through the incorporation of mindset blocks in all sessions.
