Begin with a light, fizzy and fruity texture before ending with a sweet and floral finish.
The Vineyard
Produced in the regions of Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia in the hills north of Treviso in Italy, traditionally made around Conegliano and Valdobbiadene areas. Situated between Venice and the Alps, Prosecco is a vineyard hidden amidst green valleys, flowing riverbanks and steep hillsides of Northern Italy.
