Tasting Notes

The Shiraz is a deep purple red with a lifted spicy fruit nose, soft, smooth, well-integrated tannins and a fruit-flavoured finish. The Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is bright straw in colour with a touch of green. The bouquet boasts fresh tropical fruit flavours and grassy notes; the palate is soft and round with fruit layers and a long finish.
