With boards under their feet, wetsuits cladding bodies and experienced instructors by their side, outdoorsmen and women spend their lesson learning how to paddle, get up and stand as well as where to surf to avoid getting caught in rips alongside other beginner boarders. With all equipment supplied, all ocean dwellers need to do is turn up on the day with a swimsuit, sunscreen, a towel and a good attitude towards learning to get the most out of lessons. An active water discipline, surfing provides active individuals with a fun, fresh way to improve fitness and balance.
