• 14-day pre-flight cancellation & rebooking policy or voucher is forfeited (voucher is void in case of no-show)
• No refunds if your preferred date is unavailable
• Allow time to reschedule if necessary and complete your flight on or before expiry date 30 Oct 2023
• All hot air balloon flights are subject to availability and weather conditions. Governed by the weather & fly with the wind so every flight is different
• Merchant will email Rebooking Link if flight is cancelled by pilot so you may reschedule and fly on a better day
• Non-refundable after 7 days from purchase or once redeemed/booked
• Not recommended for international or interstate customers who are in Victoria on short-stay holiday as vouchers are non-refundable
• Customers will be eligible for 1-month validity extension if they have had 3 bookings cancelled by merchant
• Any rescheduling request made after voucher has expired will incur additional fees if less than 3 confirmed flight attempts have been registered
• No-flight days are at discretion of Duty Pilot for passenger safety
