Validity:

This offer is valid for arrivals on selected dates between 07 October – 15
December 2024, & 15 January – 20 March 2025 depending on the option chosen.
The price is per person, based on double occupancy. A minimum of two
vouchers is required. After purchasing, please complete the form with your
available travel dates. The draw will take place immediately, and you will
be notified of your destination within 72 hours. The validity of your
booking depends on the option purchased, including the selected dates and
the number of nights.

Cancellation Policy:

Once a booking is confirmed, no modifications or cancellations are permitted. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable to
alternative destinations upon confirmation.

Refunds are only available if the required form is not submitted. Once the form is completed, the offer is considered redeemed and is no longer eligible for a refund.

If the Foreign Office issues an advisory against all but essential travel to the customer's holiday destination, the customer will be entitled to a full refund.

Transportation Details:

This offer includes flights departing from Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast and Brisbane. Departures from non-Sydney airports may incur an additional charge of AUD $35-$55 per person.

Travel documents will be provided up to 14 days prior to departure. We highly recommend completing online check-ins for all your flights to stay updated on any schedule changes. Online check-in allows you to monitor and adjust your itinerary conveniently. Most airlines offer online check-in between 24 to 2 hours before departure. Please refer to the airline's policy for specific details.

Important Information:

Optional extras such as hold baggage, in-flight meals, advance seat selection, and priority boarding are available for an additional fee but are not mandatory. For pricing details on these optional services, please contact our sales team, as costs may vary depending on your flight operator.

A hotel security deposit may be required at check-in to cover any charges incurred during your stay, such as paid entertainment, meals, drinks, or other additional services.

The meal plan is room-only; however, meals can be added for an additional cost at the time of booking.

Booking Conditions:

The listed price is based on double occupancy, meaning two vouchers are required. Single supplements apply for solo travellers, depending on departure date and time.

Return economy flights depart from Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast or Melbourne and include one piece of carry-on luggage per person (up to 7 kg). Flights are based on promotional economy-class fares offered by various carriers. Hand luggage is included, but please check with the flight provider for weight and size restrictions. To avoid potential overweight charges at the airport, we recommend pre-booking your baggage in advance. Flights departing Melbourne may depart from either Tullamarine or Avalon. Airline and flight times are determined at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure you have all necessary travel documentation.

Travel insurance is not included. We strongly advise purchasing appropriate coverage after booking.

Draw Information:

Separate Draws for 2-Night and 4-Night Vouchers:

Both the 2-night and 4-night vouchers will have separate draws, ensuring fair and distinct opportunities for each group.

Each draw is based on 1,000 exclusive holiday packages (2,000 vouchers/passengers). Each Mystery Holiday draw is based on 1,000 holiday packages (2,000 vouchers/passengers), offering an exciting range of destinations divided into three tiers. Each customer will be assigned a destination from one of the tiers, as outlined in the potential destination list. The distribution of holidays per 1,000 packages (2,000 vouchers/passengers) is as follows:

• 6 vouchers/passengers will receive an Elite Escape (Tier 1 Holidays)


• 16 vouchers/passengers will receive a Prestige Retreat (Tier 2 Holidays)


• 1,978 vouchers/passengers will receive an Explorer's Getaway (Tier 3 Holidays)

Please note, if fewer than 1,000 holiday packages (2,000 vouchers/passengers) are sold, the allocation of holidays will be random, with no guarantee of a specific tier assignment. However, the early bird perks will still be honoured for the first 100 buyers. Conversely, if more than 1,000 packages (2,000 vouchers/passengers) are sold, any additional purchases will be entered into a separate draw.

If your assigned destination faces travel restrictions (whether outbound or inbound), you will be offered a suitable alternative destination or travel date. To ensure the fairness of the draw, refunds will not be provided if the assigned destination is not to your preference. However, our sales team is available to discuss alternative options based on your departure date and preferred airport.
