End of Lease Cleaning Service - Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to the provision of end of lease cleaning services provided by Exclusive Care 4 you (“Company”, “We”, or “Our”) to the customer (“Customer” or “You”). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Areas Covered

2 Bedroom Property: Maximum area of 100 square meters.

3 Bedroom Property: Maximum area of 150 square meters.

4 Bedroom Property: Maximum area of 200 square meters.

5 Bedroom Property: Maximum area of 250 square meters.

Services Excluded

The following services are NOT included in the end of lease cleaning:

Window cleaning

Oven cleaning

Outside areas (including side yards, back yards, and front yards)

Pricing

Irrespective of number of bedrooms if size is as mentioned in area covered then Price will be based on area covered not based on number of bedrooms.

Customer Responsibilities

Condition of Property: The Customer must ensure the property is free of personal items or debris. We are not responsible for any items left behind.

Pets: If the Customer has pets, the property must be free of pet waste or hazardous materials.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning time will incur full charges. If the Customer needs to reschedule, the request should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Liability

The Company will not be held responsible for any damage to items or property unless caused by our negligence. The Company is not liable for any lost or stolen items during the cleaning service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of the service, and we will re-clean the affected areas at no extra cost.
