Helping patrons explore the benefits of bending, Elemental Hot Yoga (formally known as Bonfire Yoga) offers yoga classes and a range of other wellness services. Hot yoga is the cornerstone of the studio, which involves yogic poses performed in a heated environment. Also on offer are a range of chiropractic services and massages designed to help work out kinks and aches. Elemental Hot Yoga is located within Parkwood International Golf Club.
