  • Orthopantomagram (OPG) Requirement:
    All patients to take advantage of the Groupon Rates must take a must have an Orthopantomagram (OPG) (No charge) done prior to Botox/Dysport Treatment. As they are a dental clinic, the Botox / Dysport treatment is done as part of a dental exam to be covered under indemnity insurance. If you not wish to take an OPG, then they WILL NOT be using Groupon prices. They will use their regular prices of $4/ per unit (125 units) up to $ 5 per unit (30 units).
  • Actual number of units administered is at practitioner's discretion. You may need more or less units that the package bought for results. The clinic will honour the groupon rate if extra units are required. No refunds will be given if less units are required. If unsure about unit requirements, please consult.

Actual number of units administered is at practitioner's discretion. - Not suitable for those who have neuromuscular disease, Bell's palsy, autoimmune disorders, some form of diabetes, undiagnosed lesions on the face, or any active skin disease. Must pass eligibility consultation. Not suitable for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks. Before proceeding, a second opinion sought from an appropriately qualified health practitioner is recommended.
