Valid to: 30/04/2025. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Appointment required, contact by email at chispa.slsn@shangri-la.com. Must be 18 or older. Valid days and hours: Monday-Friday 9 am - 6 pm. $25 surcharge for any changes or swaps to treatments, payable to the merchant on the day of service. High tea on Level 36 Monday-Friday mid-day or 2.30 pm; lunch setting Monday-Friday midday-2 pm. Must book at least 72 hours in advance; book early to avoid disappointment. Vouchers must be booked and used prior to the expiry date, no refunds, no refunds policy for cancellation of any package on day of service, no show, or past the expiry date. Facilities pass valid for the day of the visit only. Valid for a relaxation massage only; massage upgrades are available at an additional cost payable directly to CHI, The Spa at Shangri-La. Valid only for set package inclusions; items may not be substituted. Couples room is subject to availability; 2-people package may be booked as two single rooms or a couples room.
