Banh Mese

Owned by Huy Nguyen, who decided to follow his dreams and take a leap in opening his own store, and begin a pursuit in perfecting his bread recipe. Located in CBD, close vicinity to Museum train station, Banh Mese invites for a pan-Asian dining experience. Guests can indulge in a selection of traditional bánh mì rolls that are are made in house and freshly made daily, filled with pork, duck, and chicken, or opt for a rice paper version. Banh Mi Vege Roll is made with marinated Shitake, Oyster and Enoki mushrooms, giving a nice twist and interesting option for vegetarians. The kitchen also serves up coconut juice and Vietnamese ice coffee.
