• Limit of 4 vouchers per option
• Not valid on public holidays
• All hot air balloon flights are subject to availability and weather conditions
• Deal is non-refundable once a booking has been made. However, passengers are eligible for a one month extension where Balloon Aloft must cancel the flight due to unsafe weather conditions
• Not recommended for international or interstate customers who are in Byron Bay on short stay holiday
• No refund or rebooking allowed for failure to arrive for your flight
• Children must be over the age of 7 and must be accompanied by an adult
• Passengers must be fit and well to fly - good knees, hips and back
• Not valid for pregnant women
• Weight limit 140kg per passenger
• Not wheelchair accessible
