Vouchers must be booked and used prior to the expiry date. Cancellation of any package on the day of service forfeits the voucher. No refunds policy for cancellation or no show. 14-16-year-olds can be accompanied by an adult but must be treated together. Treatment types specified in the voucher cannot be changed to other treatments. Total package to be used in one visit. Valid only for set package inclusions; items may not be substituted. Couples room is subject to availability; a 2-person package may be booked as 2 single rooms or couples’ room.
