A five-course degustation menu streams out onto tables, where peeps sample pan-seared Wagyu steak with yuzu chimichurri, popcorn prawns in a spicy cream sauce and crispy pork belly served up with a cabbage and apple salad. Rice, miso soup and house pickled vegetables are mixed and matched with the mouthwatering bites, which foodies split and share with fellow dining companions.
