Start with a serve of deep-fried dumplings before digging in to a bibimbab, choosing from a wide range of toppings. Authentic Korean bibimbap starts with a bowl of rice, carrot, radish, onion, zucchini, alfalfa, bean sprouts and snow pea sprouts. Diners then customise by choosing their favourite meat or vegetarian topping, their preference of a fried egg or a raw egg to be cooked on the hot stone, and red chilli paste or soy sauce.
