Honestly not the best experience. Staff were running late, and I believe we could hear arguing while waiting. It all felt a bit rushed and tense. Repetitive music played on a cheap speaker ruined the ambiance - not to mention one staff member took a phone call during. We booked a couples massage so had two masseuses in the room, they talked to each other during and that also didn’t help create a relaxing vibe. Massage itself was ok, a bit too aggressive and not much gentler after requesting so. Facial was fine, just wasn’t the most amazing experience overall. Even though Groupon prices are lower, it definitely didn’t feel worth what we spent. And no way would be worth the $500+ it claims is the original price.
