Great comedians and host. Good food and good prices at the pub upstairs.

In an iconic venue, this modern young performance was a fresh breath. The staff was polite and professional, very much going out to serve the clients. I had two extra tickets, I could not give it to anyone, and Groupon considered it as used anyway

In one word...the night was awkward. The staff at the venue were great, as was the food. There were a few funny comedians, but there were only 11 guests, and we were seated at the front. Much of the humour was around drugs, and the pressure was put right on by the comedians to laugh. Personally I felt "targeted" by one of them who admitted she was a meth-head and prostitute (who was also shown an early light asking her to get off. I am so glad we did not bring our son as planned, as we would have walked out like one of the other groups did. The relief in the room by the guests, when the last act was called was palpable. This was my first and last stand up comedy night!

Yes, I was stupid enough to book this one again. I watched this long~ time ago, and totally forgot this is the same place. I really wished it is better now but NOT AT ALL. I felt like I was in the primary school talking event... Majority comedian were new and it was their first time, or with paper, don't know what to do.
