If cancellation is made with under 48 hours notice , voucher is forfeited. Late for appointment by more than 30 minutes, the voucher is forfeited. Rescheduling fee will apply if require from $50 for hair cut, from $100 for colour. Medium shoulder length or short thick hair will incur a $20-30, medium-long hair $30-$50, long hair from $50-$70 surcharge. Toner from $ 50 -$60 surcharge if required. Valid for single colour only; additional colours will incur a surcharge from $120-$160. Not valid for colour correction. Not valid for extra curly hair.
