I have never received the massage because they wanted me to pay extra money as I have been to their clinic more than 12 years ago. I did not want to pay for extra money and just asked for a full refund but they said they have already redeemed the voucher so they cannot refund. I'm disputing it with Groupon and my credit card issuer because I have never received the massage because they wouldn't provide the service unless I pay extra. I asked them to please ask for the extra payment first in the future before redeeming the voucher and they called me dishonest. I just finally remembered why I never return to this clinic after that visit I had many years ago. They have not changed and I don't think they will change. For the context, the voucher I bought is for 2 sessions x 1 hour and I was asked to pay another $56. To which I declined politely. I was quite shocked why they wouldn't confirm that I was already redeemed an existing client when I made the initial booking over the phone because I gave them my name and phone number. Please check first and confirm before actually redeeming the voucher next time. And never assume the customer is being dishonest, that is just really bad customer service.
