ABSOLUTELY horrible is how I would rate this place. WORST experience I've EVER had as a Groupon member. These people are extremely stingy and cunning. There are too many restrictions on what you can order, and they cunningly add to your bill by charging you for things that you do not expect to be charged for. They cunningly charged us $5 for 2 extra papadams without telling us in advance. They did not want to give us a beer, even though it was clearly stated in the voucher that beer is included. Eventually they agreed to give us a beer but they gave us a MIDI as opposed to a pint that was stated. (Very cunning indeed!) There was only one choice for wine, and it was very bad. They gave us a lousy SINGLE Gulab Jamun as dessert. Eventhough there was supposed to be a choice of dessert. The image of that single Gulab jamun flopping around inside that lousy glass, was just an EMBARESSMENT we had to endure. They were silently shouting: WE DO NOT WANT YOU HERE and that YOU ARE NOT WELCOME. Similarly the so called entrée "platter" was just BAD. There was no choice as you would guess and the little that was there was so badly prepared we could not eat it. The staff did not treat us right or with any respect. They were acting as we are there to dine for "free" and they have to stop us from taking what is theirs. For the love of god ; we paid OVER A $100! Going to this place was a demeaning and degrading experience I would not wish on anyone and hence I wrote this extensive review. These people do not deserve to be on and diminish the reputation of Groupon. I certainly urge the Groupon's management to reevaluate listing of this restaurant.
