DOES NOT USE HIFU!! I paid $399 for face, neck, chin and jaw. It should have taken over an hour and involved marking out of the face sections, applying gel before starting each section, and running a process through the HIFU machine where each spot is treated multiple times. Instead I spent 20 mins waiting after Winnie applied numbing cream to my entire face (which I have since been told is illegal) then about 20 mins for what I can only assume was an RF facial. At the time I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, thinking perhaps there is more than one type. I ended up with a bad case of what felt like sunburn and a face full of pimples (I assume from the numbing cream). When I later asked for the brand of machine she used because I had had no results, she was unable to tell me but instead sent me a screenshot of a machine from a European manufacturers website and also a link for an at home facial device she recommended I buy instead. She has not responded to my request for a refund nor has she commented on the fact that it is illegal to apply numbing cream (fine of $10,000).
