Kids had a great time. Was clean and tidy. The only issue was that we went on a relatively warm day and was unaware that there is no air-conditioning so was very warm. The small cooling fans were ineffective on such a warm day. Staff are awesome there.

My grandchildren really enjoyed the experience and had various activities for different ages. Supervision poor. Older children walking in front of little ones trying to use equipment. Employed staff chatting and not aware of environmental safety.

I didn’t get to use my voucher as there was a power blackout and we were turned away at the door and given a credit. Will never purchase through Groupon again as still awaiting a credit on a previous purchase.
