This does not deserve even 1 star. I purchased 1 adult and 1 kids voucher, which I redeemed. I purchased it 2nd time and Groupon issued an invalid voucher. I showed every piece of evidence that the voucher was not redeemed, but still, they did not accept it. After more than 4 weeks, it took support to solve the problem, and 2 days before the voucher was about to expire they said we had passed the cooling-off period. Support is so POOR. I am withdrawing all my business accounts. I am so frustrated with the entire service.
