Make sure you booking is 110% correct at the time of activating the voucher as I, my fault, made an error by one day and realised my error no more than 12hrs after booking and the Charlotte’s Pass staff, in my opinion, lacked empathy and customer service skills by charging me a $50 “admin” fee to correct the booking as I intended it to be, which has still not been corrected despite me paying the admin fee.
Lastly and before I am criticised for this review I do acknowledge the terms and conditions and that my request goes against the t’s & c’s however my experience is not endearing me to return.
