Be warned this company will redeem your voucher and then cancel at the last minute. Once cancelled they refuse to refund by ignoring emails and calls. Terribly dishonest. Even Groupon Support is unable to make contact with them.

DO NOT BOOK THIS VOUCHER. Julie decided to cancel the day before our booking and expected everyone to reschedule on a whim, as if people don’t plan an entire day/weekend around heading out to Maleny. She CC’d everyone into this cancelation email and given I’m still having issues getting a refund for the experience nearly two weeks after the fact / she refuses to respond to calls and emails, I reached out to the other patrons and they’re also experiencing the same issue. Very poor customer service. Take some accountability.
