Sydney Sabre will help you master the this fast, thrilling and unique sport in no time with a series of fun and hands-on classes at Australia’s most popular fencing club. You’ll have a sword in your hand from the first minute of the class, and be fencing competitive matches in Olympic-style scoring gear in your first session. The Stanmore studio features air-conditioned tournament-grade facilities, off-street parking, modern safety and scoring equipment, and a friendly team of professional instructors who specialize in introducing this amazing sport to beginners. Classes are available for adults, and for kids aged 8 and up, with a wide range of class times and training options. Once you’ve done your first class, you’re welcome any of our training sessions, 6 days a week, so come and challenge yourself!

Sydney Sabre Centre  is Australia’s first dedicated professional training facility for the Olympic sport of sabre fencing. Based in Sydney’s inner west, we are specialists in introducing beginners of all ages to sabre. Our friendly team will help you master the basics so you can start enjoying this extraordinary, tactical and lightning-quick game. We provide all equipment necessary for all your classes, and offer a comprehensive range of courses designed to take you from complete rookie to competitor, as well as flexible casual training options and private instruction.
